Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Ideal candidates have passion for tarte products, retail sales experience in Sephora or Ulta, strong communication, and a drive to meet sales goals. Must be available weekends/evenings and own a smartphone to engage customers via apps and social media.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products and cosmetics.
• Retail sales experience in beauty counters (Sephora/Ulta).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Comfort engaging customers and meeting sales targets.

Job Description

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
