Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused team member in Roselle, IL to deliver a superior service experience and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will handle transactions, assist with financing questions, and contribute to achieving store KPIs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPI and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
