Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a retail location in Utah's Santa Clara area. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, processing sales and financing inquiries, and achieving sales goals in a store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are legally authorized to work in the US, and can handle light physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs. Basic high school education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
