Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Hinsdale, IL is hiring a customer-focused team member to deliver outstanding service, accurately process sales orders, assist customers with credit and financing matters, and help the store meet its sales goals and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service or sales experience, is legally eligible to work in the US, and can lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation; responsibilities also include opening/closing duties and cash-handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
