Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Germantown, TN, is hiring for a frontline associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales at our consumer health and personal care brand locations.

The role emphasizes accurate sales processing, credit support when needed, and helping the store meet KPI targets while supporting opening/closing duties and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
