Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly, results-driven Retail Customer Service Associate for our Oak Forest location in Illinois. You will help customers, process sales, and support financing matters while upholding store standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are 18+, and can lift up to 25 lbs. This on-site role offers benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities within a global consumer health organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.

• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
