Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly, results-driven Customer Service/Sales Associate for our Utah location. You will greet guests, process transactions, and assist customers with product information while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service, meeting sales goals, and supporting opening/closing procedures. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and manage cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Assist in store opening/closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications
