Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Edmonds, WA, is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service to every guest. You will process sales orders accurately, assist customers with financing matters, and uphold cash handling protocols.

The role targets meeting sales goals, aligns with KPI standards, and supports opening and closing duties, including reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
