Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Wisconsin (Town of Rockland) is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly, efficient service to every guest. You will process sales, assist customers with financing matters, and help achieve store KPIs while upholding cash handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
