Naples Soap Company is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate for its skincare-focused stores in Florida. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, understand individual skincare concerns, and guide guests toward products that meet their needs.

You will meet sales goals through product knowledge and consultative selling, maintain an organized floor, assist with merchandising, and participate in daily store operations, including opening and closing tasks.

Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or clean-living products.

Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (5–8 hours per shift).

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to climb ladders and stock merchandise when necessary.
