The role requires reliability, excellent communication, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Youll receive $17.00 per hour plus commissions, paid training, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Additional Qualifications

• One year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or clean-living products.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
