Naples Soap Company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers discover skincare products tailored to their needs. You will deliver exceptional service and use personalized recommendations and product education to enhance the shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service, able to build lasting relationships and explain product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pass a background screening.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• One year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
• Experience with retail POS systems and cash handling.
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
