North Rising Star in Minneapolis is seeking an energetic, in-person sales ambassador to represent campaigns at retail locations. You will engage customers, explain products clearly, and work toward daily and weekly targets while learning the business side of campaigns.

Paid training starts from week one, with ongoing coaching and clear pathways into leadership and management roles. A driven, team-focused environment with advancement opportunities awaits.

Formación

• Retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds translate well.

• No sales experience required; training provided.

North Rising Star runs in-person retail campaigns for national brands across the Twin Cities. We promote from within, which means we hire people we can train from scratch and develop - not people who already know the job.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working inside retail locations, representing your campaign's brand to customers
• Explaining products clearly and handling questions on the spot
• Hitting individual daily and weekly goals, and knowing where you stand against them
• Sitting in on campaign planning as you learn the business side
• Helping train the people who join after you, once you're confident in the role

The Details

Full-time, W2, on-site in retail locations across the Twin Cities. Weekly base pay with additional performance-based incentives, including commissions.
