North Rising Star in Minneapolis is seeking an energetic, in-person sales ambassador to represent campaigns at retail locations. You will engage customers, explain products clearly, and work toward daily and weekly targets while learning the business side of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds translate well.
• Full-time availability and reliable transport to the Twin Cities area.
• No sales experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work inside retail locations, representing the campaign's brand to customers.
• Explain products clearly and handle questions on the spot.
• Hitting individual daily and weekly goals and tracking progress.
• Participate in campaign planning as you learn the business side.
• Help train newcomers when you’re confident in the role.
