North Rising Star in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, in-person role. You’ll interact with customers at retail and event locations, delivering a positive experience in a busy, team-focused environment.

From day one you’ll receive full initial training, ongoing coaching, weekly base pay plus performance-based earnings, and opportunities to develop and take on additional responsibility.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers at retail and event locations across the Minneapolis area.

You'll help create a positive customer experience by:

• Engaging with customers face-to-face
• Introducing current campaigns and providing relevant information
• Answering questions and helping customers understand their options
• Identifying interest and supporting the sales process
• Building rapport with a wide range of people
• Contributing toward individual and team goals
