Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking candidates for a retail role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient sales processing. The position involves assisting customers, handling transactions, and supporting financing inquiries in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service or sales experience, is at least 18 years old, and legally eligible to work in the US. A high school diploma is preferred, with physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
