Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Retail Associate for its store operations in the United States. You will deliver outstanding service, process sales, and support customers with financing as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are legally eligible to work in the US, and are 18+. Training and benefits are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
