Job summary

Moleskine is seeking Retail Sales Associates to energize creativity, help customers express themselves, and support lean store operations in Los Angeles. You’ll deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and collaborate with leadership to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates are passionate about culture, capable communicators, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience with POS, inventory, and merchandising is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Confidence in performing keyholder duties (opening/closing, cash handling).

In this role, you’ll help bring the Moleskine vision to life by delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and supporting store leadership in daily operations.

• Previous keyholder, shift-lead, or supervisory experience.
• Strong visual merchandising and product storytelling skills.
