Job summary

Moleskine America, Inc. seeks Retail Sales Associates to energize creativity, connect with customers, and support lean store operations.

You’ll deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and assist store leadership in daily tasks within a small team setting. Key duties include guiding customers through tools for self-expression, maintaining visual merchandising, and handling keyholder responsibilities while adapting to evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with reliability and punctuality.
• Confidence in performing keyholder duties (opening/closing, cash handling, operational oversight).

• Previous keyholder, shift-lead, or supervisory experience.
• Strong visual merchandising and product storytelling skills.

The pay range for this role is:

19 - 20 USD per hour (Century City)
