Chastang Ford-The Ford Truck Experts in Houston, TX is seeking Retail Sales Consultants or Commercial Account Managers to join our vehicle sales team. You will help customers find the perfect vehicle, respond to leads across channels, and guide buyers from inquiry to purchase, including remote options when needed.

The role offers a lucrative compensation range with salary plus commission, and provides training, growth opportunities, and a family-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or similar consumer sales roles.
• Ability to respond to leads via email, phone, text, and CRM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a Ford product expert and help customers find the perfect vehicle.
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads via email, phone, text, and CRM.
• Guide customers from online inquiries to in-store appointments and remote purchases when necessary.
• Proactively follow up with unsold leads and past customers.
• Build lasting relationships and a personal pipeline of repeat and referral business.
• Self-market through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to grow your personal brand.
• Keep CRM updated with detailed notes, activities, and follow-ups.
• Stay sharp with current product knowledge, promotions, and digital selling techniques.
• Collaborate with management to improve lead-to-sale conversion.
