Chastang Ford in Houston invites you to join our family as a Retail Sales Consultant or Commercial Account Manager. If you’re a people person with a passion for cars, we’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.

You’ll become a Ford product expert, respond quickly to internet leads via email, phone, text and CRM, guide customers from online inquiries to in-store appointments or remote purchases, and build a personal pipeline of repeat and referral business.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a Ford product expert and help customers find the perfect vehicle.
• Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads via email, phone, text, and CRM.
• Guide customers from online inquiries to in-store appointments and remote vehicle purchases when necessary.
• Proactively follow up with unsold leads and past customers.
• Build lasting relationships and a personal pipeline of repeat and referral business.
• Self-market through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to grow your personal brand.
• Keep CRM updated with detailed notes, activities, and follow-ups.
• Stay sharp with current product knowledge, promotions, and digital selling techniques.
• Collaborate with management team to improve lead-to-sale conversion.
