Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking a Retail Sales Administrator to join our team and manage lead flow for Costco and Home Depot programs. You will handle inbound calls, book appointments, and assign leads to our field staff while supporting the Install Department during high demand.

The role offers paid training at $21.50/hr plus commission and bonus, with robust PTO and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Pass Home Depot background check
• No prior trade or call center experience required but is a plus
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Create jobs and leads in multiple operating systems while handling inbound calls from field staff and Home Depot store staff.
• Support in the confirmation process of Home Depot leads and act as overflow for the Install Department’s CCR-to-Sales Coordinator process.
• Assist in other customer support tasks during high-demand times and follow day-to-day directives.
