Parker & Sons is hiring an HVAC Install Sales Coordinator to manage high-volume calls, schedule unit estimates, and pre-qualify leads for retailers like Costco and Home Depot. You’ll support the field, handle inquiries, and help ensure timely appointments while contributing to a team that values training and advancement.

The role offers paid training, uncapped earning potential through commissions, and a culture with events, PTO, and a strong leadership team focused on growth and development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience; sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Flexible schedule; able to work holidays, come in early, stay late or cover team members.

Responsibilities

• Answer heavy phones and schedule inbound and outbound unit estimates.
• Pre-qualify and confirm retail leads, confirm non-retail leads, and cancel/reschedule leads.
• Answer emails related to scheduling and confirmations; operate dispatch board and service calendar.
• Assist service when phones are busy and handle calls on hold as needed.
