Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Plano, TX is seeking a results-driven sales professional to hit monthly goals and expand distribution. You will drive new business while maintaining existing accounts and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

You will execute retail promotions, coordinate displays and POS materials, and conduct regular store visits. Strong organization and reliable auto transportation are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or high school diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, clean driving record, valid license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating displays and POS materials, events and other promotions.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
