IKEA in Hicksville, NY is hiring for a permanent, full-time safety and security role. The position focuses on protecting people and property, conducting audits, and maintaining security systems while coordinating responses to emergencies. JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-Time

BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes

HOURS – 34-40 hours per week. Must have complete open working availability from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:00AM to 11:00PM, as well as occasional overnight shifts are required.

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.48 - $30.34

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in safety, security, compliance, loss prevention, and/or asset protection experience in a retail environment.
• Must have strong safety and audit background/writing skills experience.
