IKEA USA is seeking a Loss Prevention/Security professional in Ohio to safeguard people and property, enforce local regulations, and coordinate responses to incidents. The role emphasizes audit-driven safety and preventing incidents across retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and security of the people and property per local regulations.

• Maintains critical safety equipment such as alarms, radios, and security systems.
• Reports and follows up on incidents that occur.
• Responds to and coordinates emergency situations in work areas such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, active shooter and other emergency events.

The pay range for this role is $ 18.50-26.14 based on Ikea equivalent years of experience
