Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Retail Loss Prevention and Safety Associate to protect people and property, conduct audits, and oversee safety systems in a retail environment.

You will respond to incidents, coordinate emergencies, and help safeguard the IKEA brand while working nights and weekends. The role requires at least 1 year of work experience in safety or loss prevention; security license may be required in some locales.

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience.
• Retail experience in safety, security, or loss prevention preferred.
• Candidates in Oregon, New York, and St. Louis, MO, must be eligible to obtain a security guard license as required by applicable local law.

• Maintains critical safety equipment such as alarms, radios, and security systems.
• Reports and follows up on incidents that occur.

What you'll be doing day to day

HOURS: 34-40 hrs/week (FT)
PAY RANGE: $21.48 - $30.34
SHIFT: Retail Environment; must be able to work nights & weekends.
