Job summary

IKEA in Baltimore, MD is hiring for a permanent, full-time Loss Prevention/Safety role focused on protecting people and property. You will perform safety audits, maintain alarms and security systems, and respond to incidents in a retail environment.

Experience in retail security (1 year minimum preferred) and eligibility to obtain a security guard license is required. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a generous paid time off program.

The pay range for this role is $18.50 to $26.14
