Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily activities.
• Meet scheduling needs – occasional weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets (fixtures, product assembly, relocation).
• Review and plan weekly service schedule in assigned stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
