Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in the Humble, TX area. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush and more, using a company tablet to plan weekly routes.

No experience is required—we train you. The role emphasizes organization, time management, and building relationships with store teams while working on a flexible schedule, including major holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
• Must be willing to learn and use company tablet for daily tasks.
• Occasional weekends/holidays scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and organize product orders within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Display products to maximize visibility and maintain backroom organization.
• Plan and communicate weekly service schedules using a company tablet.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Work independently or with a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, and product relocation when required.
• Support extended hours around major holidays and seasonal peaks.
