Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Retail Regional Manager to lead a large store portfolio, drive profitability, and elevate the brand experience. You will guide store teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer journey while building a culture that rewards accountability and results.

You will oversee 30–50 locations, partner with People & Culture on talent, and ensure operational excellence with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction across the region.

  • Drive Regional Profitability: assume P&L responsibility for the region and analyze sales, profit, inventory trends.
  • Performance Management: monitor KPIs and address underperforming locations with targeted strategies.
  • Budget Oversight: manage payroll, travel, and expenses while upholding brand standards.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: partner with People & Culture to recruit and onboard regional managers.
  • Build a Leadership Pipeline: coach and develop Area Managers and District Managers with succession plans.
  • Operational Excellence: ensure policy adherence, visual standards, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Store Visit Cadence: execute scheduled store visits across 30–50 locations for support and compliance.
  • Champion the Brand: uphold a superior customer experience and brand integrity across the region.

The Role

We’re seeking a Retail Regional Manager who will drive the overall success of a large portfolio of stores — achieving sales goals, improving profitability, and bringing Framebridge’s brand vision to life. You will lead store teams to create a consistent, inspiring client experience, build a positive and value-driven culture, and support the development of high-performing, goal-oriented teams. This role reports to SVP of Retail Stores.

As Retail Regional Manager, You Will:
  • Drive Regional Profitability: Assume P&L responsibility for the region, meticulously analyzing financial reports (sales, profit, loss, inventory) to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Performance Management: Continuously monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Implement targeted strategies to address underperforming locations. Work with direct reports to create strategies for improvement.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage regional budgets, including payroll, travel, and controllable expenses, ensuring fiscal responsibility without compromising brand standards or customer experience.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Partner with People & Culture and retail leadership to recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier management talent for all locations.
  • Build a Leadership Pipeline: Actively coach, mentor, and develop Area and District Managers, identifying high-potential individuals and creating clear succession plans.
  • Performance Culture: Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage all aspects of team performance.
  • Training & Empowerment: Ensure all teams are proficient in product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures. Empower leaders to make sound business decisions that benefit their store and the region, supporting Framebridge’s 100% happiness guarantee.
  • Operational Excellence: Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards across stores. Ensure consistency in execution, including art safety, chain of custody, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Store Visit Cadence: Implement a strategic store visit schedule to ensure all 30–50 locations receive appropriate levels of support, coaching, and compliance auditing.
  • Visual Merchandising: Uphold and execute the brand’s visual standards, ensuring all stores provide a compelling and consistent customer experience.
  • Champion the Brand: Serve as the ultimate brand ambassador, ensuring that every store delivers an exceptional and consistent customer experience.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor customer feedback, competitive activity, and local market trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to corporate partners (Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, People & Culture, etc.).
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a senior point of escalation for customer and team member relations issues, resolving them professionally and effectively.
Who You Are:
  • 10+ years in Retail Leadership, with at least 5 years overseeing 15+ locations. Experience managing 30+ locations strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of accountability and high performance while motivating teams through clear communication across your direct report team and the broader fleet.
  • Exceptional financial and business acumen with strong P&L management experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the retail sector with an interior design or creative background preferred; high-growth or high-touch, consultative retail environments a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Information:

The base range is $150,000 to $190,000 plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
