Framebridge is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder for the Brooklyn area. You will lead store operations, model exceptional customer service, and support onboarding and training for the retail team.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. As a Keyholder, you will demonstrate product knowledge, guide customers, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding Framebridge standards.

The Role

We’re seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. Who You Are:

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
• An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information:

The base range is $20 – $20 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location. Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and location. This range may be modified in the future.
