Alex Lee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Recruiter to drive sourcing and screening for hourly opportunities in Lowes Foods stores across Coastal, NC and SC. The role partners with store hiring managers and supports full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and part-time roles.

You will train hiring managers on the ATS, ensure compliant practices, and represent the company at local job fairs. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Formación

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in retail preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with store hiring managers on staffing needs across locations.
• Screen candidates for roles up to Assistant Manager level.
• Schedule interviews with store management and conduct follow-ups.
• Support full-cycle recruiting for part-time and seasonal roles.
• Assist with pre-employment steps for hires as needed.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the ATS and train managers.
• Ensures hiring practices comply with company policies and laws.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events in assigned markets.
