In this role you will train associates, maintain accurate tagging and pricing, and coordinate with store leadership to ensure a smooth flow of goods from receiving to selling floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean store.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and coding.
• Communicate with management to optimize flow of goods to sales floor.
• Uphold safety, labor policies, and replenishment standards.
