Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing directions

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficiency and teamwork
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and service
• Organize back stock and rotate merchandise for replenishment
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly
• Coach team on productivity and priority setting
• Promote safety and compliance with labor laws and policies
• Support store goals including shrink reduction and program adherence
• Communicate priorities and progress with management
