Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively
• Provide an excellent customer experience through interaction with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Coordinate with management to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor and backroom organization
• Support safety, labor law compliance, and loss-prevention initiatives
