Job summary

Wayfair's Outlet in Dublin, OH is hiring a Retail Receiving Associate to deliver a best-in-class customer experience by connecting shoppers with the world's largest home online assortment. You will support stock management, merchandising, and fulfillment across channels in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 1+ years in stock receiving or retail, a positive attitude, and strong organizational skills. Schedule is 20 hours per week with store hours Mon-Sat 10am-8pm and Sun 11am-7pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of stock receiving or retail/CS experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for great customer service.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting customers with Wayfair's home assortment.
• Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandising, presentations, signing, and assortment.
• Support customer fulfillment across channels including order pickup and inventory handling.
• Maintain visual standards, replenishment, safety and backroom standards.
• Assist with store operations such as floor sets, substitutions and general upkeep.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and contribute ideas to improve operations.
