Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr Transaction Manager to support a leading-edge technology client on retail real estate transactions in the U.S.

You will manage leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions and dispositions, with occasional in‑office interaction to engage clients and brokers. The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, advanced MS Office skills, strong analytical and math capabilities, and the ability to negotiate complex terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Advanced organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Strong mathematical ability for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients; review terms.
• Negotiate sales through field brokers; track expirations and amendments.
