Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
Expert math skills and ability to calculate complex figures.

Responsibilities

Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals.
Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
Approve leases, amendments, and track expirations.
Secure new high-value properties meeting client requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with internal and external teams for service-line integration.
Lead with CBRE RISE values and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
Drive program direction and resource allocation.
Contribute to policy design and innovative service development.
