Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligning with the client’s strategic goals and priorities.
• Act as landlord/tenant agent to negotiate leases and amendments.
• Coordinate negotiations of sales through field brokers, monitor expirations and renewals.
• Locate and acquire properties to meet client requirements and timelines.
• Dispositon of surplus space via subleasing, sales, or early terminations.
• Review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates.
• Track transaction and project activity; prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion.
• Improve and change methods, processes, and standards across the department.
• Lead by example and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
