Job summary

Atlantic Retail’s West Palm Beach office is seeking a Transaction Manager to support the real estate needs of a national retail client. You will coordinate transactions, maintain reporting, and help move deals from initial site review through opening.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of commercial real estate experience and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, transaction management, leasing, or a related field.
• Retail real estate or tenant representation experience preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client-service mindset and ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with commercial real estate databases, mapping tools, or transaction management platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real estate transactions for a national retail client
• Work with Atlantic Retail brokers to track deal activity, timelines, and next steps
• Assist with site selection, market research, comparable analysis, demographic research, and other due diligence
• Assist in preparing and reviewing proposals, letters of intent, financial comparisons, and transaction materials
• Maintain transaction trackers, critical dates, pipeline reports, and client reporting
• Monitor transaction milestones and follow up with internal and external teams to keep projects moving
• Prepare materials and updates for recurring client meetings
• Coordinate with brokers, landlords, attorneys, project teams, and other parties throughout the transaction process
• Maintain accurate transaction documentation and client records
• Support additional client and portfolio projects as needed
