Bealls Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Construction Manager (Retail) to oversee multi-site retail construction projects in Atlanta, GA, from early planning to turnover.

You will work with real estate, store operations, maintenance, and external vendors to ensure openings meet brand standards and timelines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail construction management, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing retail construction projects, including multi-site rollouts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interfacing with Legal and Real Estate teams on disputes or delays.
• Ability to lead construction activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail construction projects from planning through turnover, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and scope across multiple sites and store openings.
• Coordinate due diligence, permitting, and compliance with local codes and brand standards.
• Handoff to store operations and coordinate with Store Maintenance for a smooth opening.
