The role partners with real estate, store operations, and external vendors to manage new stores, remodels, relocations, and refresh programs across a multi-site portfolio, driving risk mitigation and quality. Strong leadership and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of retail construction project experience.
• Experience with multi-site rollouts.
• Proven budget and schedule management.
• English fluency and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets and schedules for new store locations.
• Manage general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Coordinate permitting, due diligence, and compliance.
• Ensure store readiness and timely openings.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Store Ops, and Legal.
