Job summary

Bealls Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site retail construction initiatives from planning through turnover. You will partner with real estate, store operations, distribution and external vendors to deliver stores on time, within budget and aligned with brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting discipline, and effective communication with diverse teams to ensure seamless openings and minimal disruptions to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing retail construction projects, including multi-site rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual scope of work and budgets for new store locations.
• Coordinate with contractors to produce detailed budgets and schedules.
• Create and manage project schedules aligned to retail opening calendars.
• Review contractor schedules to ensure alignment with readiness and merchandising timelines.
• Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with Finance and Real Estate on capital versus lease scope.
