Bealls Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site store builds, remodels, relocations, and refresh programs across our retail portfolio.

You will partner with real estate, store operations, and external vendors to manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while upholding brand standards. The role requires a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail construction projects or multi-site rollouts.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through turnover for a multi-site retail portfolio.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and vendor performance to meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Store Operations, and external vendors to ensure timely openings.
• Oversee permitting, due diligence, and compliance with codes and lease requirements.
• Drive risk mitigation and closeout activities to deliver stores on time.
