Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a driven real estate professional to grow the retail business in the Puget Sound region. You will secure new opportunities, leverage existing relationships, and expand client portfolios through proactive networking and strategic collaboration with Leasing and Investment Sales teams.

You will manage CRM data, develop short- and long-term plans, and maintain high standards of client service as you drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate sales experience.
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of WA.
• Deep knowledge of lease structures (NNN, modified gross, full-service).
• Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM programs.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the Puget Sound area through prospecting, networking and client relationships.
• Drive revenue growth for Retail sector and collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales and Debt financing teams.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
