Job summary

The role partners with retail leadership to shape planning, anticipate risks, and align resources across branches, contact centers, and support teams to sustain member service excellence.

You will design standards, lead complex readiness projects, and advise executives on capacity and strategic trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of progressive experience in project management, operational readiness, change management, or enterprise communications.
• Proven success in leading complex cross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to advise and influence executives and senior stakeholders, shaping decisions.
• Significant retail banking operations or large-scale service delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, communications, or related field required.
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• Recognized as an SME in project readiness or operational risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on retail operational readiness, setting standards and frameworks across initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional readiness efforts ensuring projects are sequenced with minimal disruption.
• Advise executives on feasibility, capacity planning, and strategic trade-offs.
• Establish retail-wide readiness metrics, dashboards, and reporting for decision-making.
• Anticipate risks and interdependencies, developing mitigation strategies.
• Represent retail leadership in executive planning ensuring operational input.
• Direct vendor engagement to align deliverables with readiness standards.
• Design and oversee change management frameworks for consistent adoption.
• Lead development of communication strategies for diverse retail audiences.
• Ensure alignment of change practices across HR, Communications, PM.
