Job summary

Argali CRE is seeking a Property Manager – Retail for an on-site, full-time role based in Houston, TX. You will manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets, including tenant relations, rent collections, and lease administration, while coordinating maintenance and budget reporting.

You will work with leasing, accounting, and investment teams to enhance asset value, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold high standards of property operations and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management, preferably retail or mixed-use assets.
• Knowledge of lease administration, rent collections, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tenants and vendors.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, vendor services, and safety standards.
• Comfort with on-site work and occasional after-hours issues.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office; ability to learn new systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/real estate/finance.
• Relevant professional certifications in property or real estate management.
