Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years property management experience in retail centers preferred.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Budgeting, expense monitoring and financial reporting experience.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours and perform on-site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenants' daily operating needs and respond promptly.
• Oversee service providers for maintenance, landscaping, security, and related tasks.
• Create and maintain operations standards and procedures.
• Develop proactive strategies for operational and compliance challenges.
• Maintain positive tenant relations and gather market insights.
• Conduct regular site inspections and budget reviews.
• Manage operating budgets, purchases, and monthly/quarterly reforecasts.
• Control expenses within budget while maintaining portfolio integrity.
• Plan long-range capital improvements.
• Bid maintenance projects and service agreements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to open spaces.
• Accounts receivable management and collections.
• Process payables for assigned portfolio.
• Identify issues affecting performance and implement improvements.
• Complete other projects and duties.
