Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate property management; previous roles should encompass at least 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in P&L management, vendor contract oversight, and other key real estate functions.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously and supporting active construction or redevelopment projects strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience budgeting, monitoring expenses, preparing monthly management and financial reports, and processing accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site property personnel while developing and maintaining operational standards and procedures across both properties.
• Manage service providers and vendors for day-to-day operational needs, including maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, security, and energy management.
• Perform regular site inspections to assess condition and compliance; address issues promptly.
• Coordinate redevelopment efforts at Grossmont Center with ownership, construction management, and design teams.
• Develop and implement proactive strategies to resolve operational and compliance challenges across both properties.
• Develop and review annual operating budgets; monitor expenses and prepare variance reports with the finance team.
